CLINICS AND SKILL SESSIONS

Join us for an exciting 2 hours with 2x DI National Champion, Ryleigh Heck!  Ryleigh is a rising junior at UNC where she was the 2023 DI National Player of the Year, the 2023 Honda Award winner and a 2x All American.  

Internationally, Ryleigh was selected for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 U.S. National Teams and a member of the U.S. U21 and Senior Indoor Team.

The clinic is open to anyone, regardless of age, school, experience or club affiliation.

Caroline is a 2024 graduate of Cabrini University.  The all time leader in goals, assists and points, Caroline was a 3x Atlantic East Conference Player of the year and the only All-American in program history. Prior to Cabrini, Caroline was a 4 year letter winner at Middle Township High School where she was an All-State Selection and guided her team to the program's first ever Group 1 Sectional Title.

➢ Cost: $100 for all 4 sessions 

➢ Focus: Designed for 3-10 athletes. Sessions guarantee individualized coaching, tons of touches on the ball, and 90 minutes of productive hockey in a fun and laid back atmosphere.   

Our spring shooting and stick handling skill sessions focus on the more advanced skills of the game.  We will primarily focus on different shooting techniques including sweeps, reverses, chips, pops, hitting in the back space as well as elimination and 3D skills. 

Each skill session will be run by former collegiate field hockey player Kelsey Cheek.  Kelsey was a part of the West Chester University Field Hockey Program that won back to back national titles in 2011 and 2012.   Kelsey was a vital member of the field hockey program at West Chester her entire playing career and was named captain her senior season.
